Captain Justin provides bareboat charter experiences on Lake Michigan with a USCG-licensed captain. Charters depart from designated harbors in the Chicago area.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is authorized on the morning of your charter and captured after the charter is completed. Tips are optional and can be added during the checkout process.

Boating and water activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to changing weather conditions, rough waters, and equipment-related hazards. By booking a charter, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the Captain.
The Captain's total liability for any claim arising from a charter shall not exceed the total charter fee paid for that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
