Deposits are non-refundable except in specific weather and mechanical related instances as described below.
We accommodate reschedule requests pending schedule availability and reasonable notice given. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your charter date.
Rescheduling due to inclement weather is possible only in the event of a published NOAA Small Craft Advisory, or at the Captain's discretion.
If the weather turns bad during your charter, the Captain may insist on returning to port. If this happens, you will be refunded for whatever time was not spent out on the water.
If a boat owner informs the Captain that their boat is unfit for a charter with enough notice, the Captain will try to connect you with another owner so that you can depart as planned. If the Captain is unable to find another boat, the charter will be rescheduled.
